Industrial Training
The Level Process Trainer (ACE 101) consists of a process tank fitted with a level transmitter and necessary drain valve arrangements. The inlet flow to the tank is controlled by a control valve. The setup consists of Delta DTB9696B PID Controller, Process Tank, Supply Tank, Level Transmitter, Pump, Control Valve, Rotameter, I/P Converter, Air filter regulator and pressure gauges. The setup is designed for tabletop placement and access. The controller is connected to computer through USB for monitoring and controlling the process.

The upgradation panel consists of Delta DVPEX2 PLC with 4 Analog Input / 2 Analog Output configurable as Voltage or Current. Existing MIMO process trainers can be upgraded with the latest controller. The hardware will be ready to interface with ACE Prosoft software. The software contains user friendly GUI with animation, Single click log, export options, model estimation and test input module, built-in experiment set, etc. The controller also supports LabVIEW / MATLAB platforms. |

The hardware will be ready to interface with ACE Prosoft software. The panel will be interfaced with computer using USB communication and uses Modbus protocol. The controller also supports LabVIEW / MATLAB platforms that enable users to develop and implement custom control algorithms.

The upgradation panel consists of ACE 2007 DAQ with 4 Analog Input / 2 Analog Output Current module with wireless communication. This will be used to upgrade your existing MIMO process trainers with the latest controller. Once upgraded, the hardware will be ready to interface with ACE Prosoft software which will be supplied along with the upgradation panel, free of cost. The software consists of handful of features as ease to interface, user friendly GUI with animation, Single click log, export options, model estimation and test input module, built-in experiment set, etc. Along with the Prosoft software, the controller also supports LabVIEW / MATLAB platforms that supports custom control algorithm implementation.

Custom projects
The Pressure Process Trainer (ACE 103) consists of a pressure process tank and a pressure transmitter. The pressure tank has an inlet pipe line which is connected to the compressor or pressure supply. The tank has an outlet pine line and a vent pipe line. The out flow is controlled by the control valve. The setup consists of Delta DTB9696B PID Controller, Pressure Tank, Pressure Transmitter, Control Valve, I/P Converter, Air filter regulator and pressure gauges. The setup is designed for tabletop placement and access. The controller is connected to computer through USB for monitoring and controlling the process.
