Designed to be pilot modeled with standard industrial components, these trainers explicit the feeling of controlling a reduced sized industrial plant with all features of control. A state of art software with a handful of features like, single click connect, log, export options along with trend plot and process animation will be supplied along with the hardware to control the process trainers.

Level Process Trainer (ACE 101)

The Level Process Trainer is a compact, table top equipment with industrial standard components. The recirculated water design and anodized aluminum structure makes it durable and corrosion free.

Flow Process Trainer (ACE 102)

The Flow Process Trainer is a compact, table top equipment with recirculated water design. The flow is measured and displayed by a differential pressure transmitter and an orifice arrangement.

Temperature Process Trainer (ACE 104)

The Temperature Process Trainer consists of a process tank fitted with a heater, rotameter and solid state relay (SSR). The temperature of the tank is measured by a RTD temperature transmitter. The heater supply is controlled by a digital indicating controller.
